Special Early Bird Rates Through June 1, 2016

  • 10’ x 10’ booth cost for all three days: nonprofit–$575; business–$975

  • 10’ x 20’ booth cost for all three days: nonprofit–$850; business–$1125

Located outdoors in an area near the central plaza where people network, eat lunch, and enjoy performances by musicians and artists, exhibit booths are canvas tents, which come in two sizes and two prices and include canopy, three walls, anchoring, one 6’ table with linen, two chairs, electrical power, and wi-fi access.

Please note: The Bioneers Change Makers Fair is outside and is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given for weather.

Cancellation policy: 50% cancellation fee until September 1st. After September 1st, no refunds will be given.

Conference registration is not included. Booth registration does include a discount code for 50% off one conference registration and 25% off one additional registration. The conference badge will be registered to the booth and can be shared. May not be combined with other discounts.

A Marin County food permit must be obtained for those serving food or beverage. Cost of the permit is separate and paid directly to Marin County.
