The Annual Bioneers Conference is where you get a front row seat into a thriving and regenerative tomorrow, today. The conference is an engaging and inspiring environment of collaboration, with individuals of all sectors and disciplines, co-creating the future. It’s where social, environmental and scientific innovators convene to present breakthrough solutions inspired by nature and powered by human ingenuity.
The 28th Bioneers Change Makers Fair will be our most vibrant marketplace to date, showcasing for-profit and nonprofit organizations who are building a resilient community together, which one that promotes socially and environmentally ethical products and services.
Bioneers conference attendance is 3,000+ with an engaged social media audience of 100,000+, and with a year-round conference engagement. We look forward to your partnership and featuring your work, product or services at the 2017 Bioneers Change Makers Fair!

- 10’ x 10’ booth cost for all three days: nonprofit–$575; business–$975
- 10’ x 20’ booth cost for all three days: nonprofit–$850; business–$1125

The Change Makers Fair is located outdoors in an area on the central plaza, offering high foot traffic as people connect, network, browse, eat lunch, and enjoy performances by musicians and artists. The exhibit booths are canvas tents, which come in two sizes at two rates, and include canopy, three walls, anchoring, one 6’ table with linen, two chairs, electrical power, and wi-fi access.

Please note: The Bioneers Change Makers Fair is outside and is a rain or shine event, this is an non-refundable event.
Cancellation policy: 50% cancellation fee until September 1st. After September 1st, no refunds will be given.
Discount codes: Conference registration is not included. Exhibitor’s booth registration include a discount code for a one time use 50% off conference registration and a one time use 25% off an additional registration. The conference badge will be available at the registration booth, and it may not be combined with other discounts.
Food Permit: The Marin County food permit application and payment must be completed for exhibitors serving foods or beverages.
The food permit fee is separate from the booth registration fee. The food permit fee is paid directly to Bioneers. Food permit applications and payments are due upon registration. The payment links will be provided at registration.
