2013 OPTIONS NOTICE

Please note that based on feedback from recent conferences, Bioneeers has lowered its price on Keynote Passes so that more attendees may have the opportunity to experience the Keynote sessions live. We have opened up more seating in the VMA to attendees and will therefore not be hosting a secondary 'live feed' viewing-tent option. The types of passes that are available this year are indicated below.

 

For your convenience, we have simplified the conference pricing structure and registration process. We offer only two simple tiers of pricing this year: Early Registration and Late Registration. No more confusion about fluctuating price points between now and the conference – everything is upfront and straightforward, allowing attendees to register in advance and book travel early.


Early Registration entitles attendees to special pre-order pricing on the 2013 Bioneers Keynotes DVD set, as well as other media 'Collections' that we'll be releasing this year! 


We're also happy to announce that we've enacted easy general group self-registration options. This permits parties, friends, families, colleagues of 6 (six) or more to register together and receive a 20% discount on attendance fees!


Online registration is available through October 16th, 2013 at 5:00 pm PT.


KEYNOTE FULL-DAY PASSES. Watch Keynote talks and performances, 9am – 1pm (with mid-morning break) within the 2,000 seat Marin Center Veteran's Memorial Auditorium. This venue is a traditional auditorium with theater-style, padded seating and the speaker is on a center stage. Seating is unassigned. Dress is casual but the VMA atmosphere is formal and does not allow for food, beverage or noise.

Keynote Passes include access to morning Keynotes / Plenary Sessions and afternoon Breakouts, Panels, Workshops & Activities.

Early Registration Ends on September 8th

3-Day Pass: $395 | $475 after Sep 8th

2-Day Pass: $325 | $410 after Sep 8th

1-Day Pass: $175 | $225 after Sep 8th


HALF-DAY PASSES. Half-day passes permit access to Breakouts, Panels, Workshops & Activities after 1:30pm on individual days. Half-day passes will not be mailed to registrants, but will be available for pick up after 1:30pm at the Pre-Registration Table on each day of the conference.

GENERAL GROUP RATES.  If you self-register 6 (six) or more people, as a general Group, you will receive a 20% discount off the standard 1, 2, and 3-Day Pass options. General Group Registration is available through September 30, 2013.


STUDENT, EDUCATOR, SENIOR, YOUTH (SESY) SUBSIDIZED RATES for Individuals. Bioneers offers special subsidized advanced registration rates to individual Students, Educators, Seniors and Youth with proof of qualification:

  • Students, age 16 – 24, with valid school issued ID
  • Youth, age 16 – 24 with valid school or government issued ID
  • Educators with valid institution issued faculty ID
  • Seniors, age 62+, with valid government issued ID

SESY Registration Rates:

  • $275 3-Day Conference Pass
  • $200 2-Day Conference Pass
  • $105 1-Day Conference Pass
  • $35 Half-Day Conference Pass

Student, Educator, Senior, Youth rates are available until October 7th, 2013. Please be prepared to present valid ID at conference check-in to confirm your advanced registration SESY rate. Those without valid ID will not be admitted as a qualifying Student, Educator, Senior or Youth and will be required to pay the balance of a full price admission. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • Cancellations received by September 1st will be refunded 50% of event pass cost, less any original processing fee.
  • No refunds available for cancellation requests received after September 1, 2013 or for new registrations processed after September 1, 2013.
  • Bioneers reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed as disruptive to event attendees and participants.You may manage your conference registration options online, including transfer of event passes to another at no charge, until August 15, 2013. Thereafter, registration is manually transferable for a $50 processing fee.
  • Donations are non refundable.
  • Pre-orders of Bioneers media products are non refundable.
  • Event programming is subject to change without notice. Registration cancellation due to programming changes is non refundable.

EVENT PASSES

  • Your badge is your access to the registered event. Lost badges can be replaced for a $50 processing fee. Registrants will be required to provide proof of purchase and photo ID.
  • Event badges will be delivered to Registrants via postal mail beginning August 15, 2013. Attendees registering after October 1, 2013 must pick up passes onsite at the event location.

IMAGE RELEASES & RECORDING

  • The National BIoneers Conference is filmed for media content and promotion. Registrant's attendance of the Bioneers events constitutes agreement to grant Bioneers the right to capture digital images of attendees, assigning copyright to Bioneers for any lawful purpose.
  • Unauthorized audio or video recording at / of Bioneers events is strictly prohibited.
