"Hopscotch, 2019" - This Hopscotch is an activist piece of art to take the viewer’s attention to the thousands of children waiting for a quick solution caged on the border between Mexico and the United States.
"I am losing Consciousness, 2020" - This is a farewell letter my mother wrote to me sometime before she died of cancer in 2020. Her gray felt letters advance on the white felt base cloth, peeling off just as she mentions her loss of consciousness. Fine copper wires hold the vertigo of her disconnection with reality, representing the intermittent synapses of her brain.
"Mother Earth, 2018" - A piece of the cracked dry land of my native country, Chile, is washed by the salty water of the Pacific Ocean. Both are intertwined, showing their coexistence on the long coast of Chile.
