Cancellation and Refund Policy

Bioneers incurs significant expenses prior to the event. Therefore it is necessary that we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy:

Bioneers incurs significant expenses prior to the event. Therefore it is necessary that we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy:

  • Tickets are 100% refundable for 30 days after purchase. We will refund 50% of your ticket for 30-60 days after purchase. NO refunds after 60 days from purchase.

  • Cancellations or refunds requested within 30 days of the event (Oct 18, 2019) will not be refunded for any reason, even if bought less than 30 days prior. For tickets bought after August 18, the last day to request a full refund is September 18, 2019. The last day to request a 50% refund is September 18, 2019.

  • No-shows will not be refunded for any reason. No exceptions.

  • We do not give credit toward the following year’s conference.

  • Most tickets are fully transferable. Exception: Work Exchange and complimentary tickets which are given to a specific person. To transfer a ticket the original buyer of the ticket needs to email info@Bioneers.org with the following information about the new attendee: name, email address, cell phone number, job title, company, city & state of residence as well as their order id.

  • Bioneers reserves the right to refuse service.

The above policies apply to the conference and pre- and post­ conference intensives as well as the Saturday Night Dinner.
