Conference Updates

Events like Bioneers often have changes up to the last minute and we are anticipating that current travel realities are likely to impact this week’s events. It’s a dynamic process and we’ll keep this page updated throughout the weekend. Most of these changes are reflected in the online program but we are presenting them here for reference. If something that you were hoping to see is cancelled, we apologize and trust you’ll find something compelling to replace it with.

Thursday

(CANCELLED) The 4:45 session, How Our Democracy Became a Kleptocracy and How to Reclaim It, has been cancelled.

4:45pm – Expanding the Rights of Nature by Enabling Land to Own Itself has moved from the Capanile Room into the Golden Bear Room

Friday

Lunchtime events: Giant Puppets Save the World: Visioning Puppet Theater for Bioneers has been moved into the Marsh Cabaret.

4:45-6:00pm – Restoring the Ecology of Health in the Anthropocene’s “Polycrisis” – Carolyn Raffensperger will not be able to participate in this panel. Ted Schettler and Sandra Steingraber remain as panelists.

Saturday

Rematriation: Returning to the Sacred Mother – Rano Abutrobova will not be able to participate in the panel.  Dilafruz Khonikboyeva will take her place.
