Scott Levy, a longtime (three decades!) tireless advocate to protect and restore Idaho’s salmon runs and the greater Northwest’s terrestrial and marine ecosystems and their species, is the Producer of the film, The Snake and the Whale, which traces the multi-decade struggle to remove the dams impeding the river flows that are the cornerstones of ecological health of the entire region. He is also serving as an amicus-curiae in thirty-year litigation on this issue.
