Mama Iya Ada

Mama Iya Ada (formerly known as Nia Wilson), with a background in pediatric and psychiatric nursing, has worked with teens and their families in drop-out, drug and pregnancy prevention in Durham, North Carolina, since 1998. She also served as Co-Director of SpiritHouse until recently as well as Senior Advisor for the Forward Justice Law Policy and Strategy Center since 2017.
